Motegi – A Place I Want to Keep Secret (Kamakurayama)

Motegi is famous for Mobility Resort Motegi.
But my favorite place is the north part of Motegi.

From Utsunomiya Station, I drive east on Kinu Street.

I pass a big bridge and a Honda car center.

Then I turn left and go into the countryside.
There are small hills, rice fields, and old houses.
Golden rice is ready to harvest. It looks like a picture.

Kamakurayama is in this area. 
It is a special nature place, protected by the government.

I park my car and walk five minutes to the trail.

The trail is not easy.
There are high steps and narrow paths.
I feel hot and tired, but I keep going slowly.
After 15 minutes, I reach the top.

The view is amazing.
It looks like a dream.
Even on sunny days, it is beautiful.
In autumn and winter mornings, you can see sea of clouds.

"Satoyama" is a place in Japan. People live near nature. They take care of trees and farms. This helps people and animals live together.

I hope this quiet place stays safe and peaceful.
